Hi Sony, please solve the freezing problem that happen on XZ1 !!!

Hi Sony, my favourite xz1 keep freezing everytime when i tried to use Whatapps and others apps (i cant remember which one). I need to reboot the phone at least once a day to solve the problem. This is kinda irritating as i do not have this experience on IOS phone. Kindly help to provide the solution as soon as possible to solve this problem. Please dont make your fan dissapoint with your product because of this.

Have you tried performing a software repair (but backup your data before doing so) and reinstall the apps to see if the problem persists?

I have found that if you have come from another phone and done the data transfer it askes of you, it causes issues. Had tons when i did my new phone this way. So i did a reset and made it as a "new" phone. Only transfering things like messages. Not apps or settings. Install them seperatly 

Now everything seems to be working great. Havent had to shutdown or reset the phone.
