Headphones volume too low

Sound on this smartphone was lower in general comaring to other smartphones but quality of the sound was much better. On the other hand I have a different problem now, since recently my headphone volume when listening to music is very, very low. I tried different headphones and it is always the same. Pls help. My phone is up to date.

which equalizer settings are you using? are you using the preloaded Music app?

Default sony audio settings. I am listening music via spotify. I also tried every option on equalizer but nothing helps. Thanks for the reply...

I know the sound will be lower than other brands, but I think that has to do with noise reduction

Still not the right solution for me. Imagine that everything is as it was with Sony, ok lower sound than other brands but better quality. And one day you put your headphones and you almost don't hear anything. I never changed any setting and I tried different headphones. Sony has a lot of issues but I am still attached to this brand for 13 years now. And I will never change it.
