Hi,
Since the last android update, any headphones that I plug into my Xperia XZ brings up a notice telling me that the headphones aren't supported.
I did a software repare using Xperia Companion but it didn't solve the problem. I also tried cleaning the inside of the port, but i didn't help either.
I used a Focal headset before that and it worked fine, but since the last android update nothing I plug in works (even Sony headphones), and the sound just comes out of the speakers.
I saw a few posts on here from several years ago about this very problem, but the solutions proposed weren't helpful to me.
Hope someone can help.
