Hi,
There is no location notification at the top, eventhough the location was on. This glitch stayed until the phone was restarted. The location notification came after the phone was restarted. But then again, the location notification was still there even when it had been turned off after use. This glitch was there until I restarted the phone. This happens every time I use the location. Pictures are attached showing the 2nd phenomenon. This started after Android 8 update. Location is off, but

i'm experiencing this same issue after oreo update.
the only way to make the icon dissapear is to restart the phone.
