Ghost Touch on GSM Network

Since the last Update, im having Ghost Touch Problems on my Xperia XZs, but only on bad mobile connections (GSM). 

Software Repair didnt fix the problem. 

Any ideas?

i had a hardware defect, i got a new Screena and one new not defined piece of hardware
