Gaming issues

On some of my games I am unable to either press the bottom of screen when the phone is vertical or the side of the screen where the home button etc pops up when held horizontal.

The black bit where the back/home key is acts as a dead spot and am unable to use this area on some games. 

Any ideas on how to rectify this issue would be appreciated.

Does this happen when using Xperia Actions, the Game option?

I don't know, I play the game from a short cut on my home screen  it happens to a couple of games but not all of them. 

Also having issues with the lines across the screen if I scroll to fast, the lack of sensitivity on the screen. 

I've been faithful to Sony but this latest phone is frustrating me, not just 1 issue and I haven't even had it a month, maybe time to try something else

Hi

Xperia Actions are available to customise phone settings for different circumstances. 

You can always try:

1. Find and tap Settings > Xperia Assist > Xperia Actions.
2. Tap Gaming.
3. Mark the checkboxes as desired then tap No apps selected and select the games you wish to use the settings for.
4. Tap SAVE.
5. Tap the sliders to enable or disable the functions.

If this doesn´t improve, i recomend you test your screen under Tests tab, on Sony Support app!

Hi, I've tried the gaming option in xperia assist and the tests tab but neither has rectified any of my issues 🙁🙁🙁

Tests are designed to tell the user if there's a problem. If you experience the same under the test performance. They can rectified, i'm afraid! In this test, did you experience the Screen Problems?
