Games and Apps cant Minimize

    I'm using a Sony Xperia XZ Premium mobile for almost an year now and i have noticed this issue since a while now.

    When im playing a mobile game or using an app like Clash of Clans or Facebook, if i accidently press the Home Button and try to restore that game or app, it will restart from the beginning. It wont continue from the exact spot where i left. But, during the first few months I bought this mobile it wasn't like this. If i press the home button or even i lock the screen, the game or the app will continue to work without exiting it to the main menu or without restarting the app.

     It's been really annoying since i had to struggle with this issue because i lost all the data and the connection with that game each and every time if i accidently press the Home Button, Recent Apps button or thescreen lock button. I am the only person with a mobile to encounter this issue. All of my friends can press home button or screen lock and restore their apps games without restarting that app from the beginning.

Try restarting the phone in safe mode and see if the same thing happens. Safe Mode

Thank you for your support . I tried in safe mode but same thing happens.I really have no idea whats causing this problem.

@AravindaAsanka, you can try reset your phone to factory settings in settings>sysem>restore>factory restore, or better perform a software repair with Xperia Companion, but remember to backup your phone before, and test the device beahviour before installing the backup.

You couldn't also try deactivating the smart cleaner in the Xperia assistant. If thus doesn't Help. Go into the Developer settings and Check If the First Option under the APP Index ist aktive. This setting will Block Any Background aktivity. You couldn't also Change the amount of Background Apps.
