i forget my xz1 password ..i try and use google account but in find my divice i cant find set new lock button and i cant set new password ..please help

Hi @farahnaz, sorry to hear about what has happened.
If you aren't able to use the Find my Device service from Google, the other option is to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, but this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of your device and you will need your Google credentials so you can log in to the device again after the reset has been completed.
Make sure that your device is powered off when you start with the repair, otherwise it will just tell you to unlock it and after pressing on "Software repair" in Xperia Companion, mark the little box in the bottom left and proceed with the repair.
