I'm sorry but I don't quite understand the problem, but you can contact your Local support to get your device inspected.

Hi @Litt, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that your phone has been repaired and when you got it back, the option to unlock the phone with fingerprint is missing (Settings > Lock screen & security > Fingerprint Manager)?

If it is, please get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a new repair for you, as something must have gone wrong with the previous repair.
