Finger print unlock issue

Hello, 

For some reason my finger print unlock has been removed.

It kept saying today that finger print unlock wasn't available and I'd have to unlock my device manually.  However after restarting my phone, there isn't even an option to add a finger print or unlock via a finger print. 

What should I do?
