Greetings guys.. I really had difficulty in finding the recycle or trash bin of the XZ oreo so I can permanently delete files. I have to free up my storage space Can some one guide me how to do it.?
When you want to free up space use the Files Go app.
Uninstalling a lot of apps helps a lot too.
You can try the Xperia Support app as well.
Open Support and on the main page tap on Storage.
The bottom line: Free up storage brings you to Choose items to remove.
It will show you Downloads directory first.
When you tap the word download it will show you Infrequently used apps.
Another option is to tap Internal and after that on a new page Internal shared storage.
There you will find a button Free up space which brigs you to the foremention page showing the Downloads directory.
Select the photo app. When it opens, there will be a Google search bar with lines on the left. Click the lines and select trash. When the trash list opens you can either select items to restore or you can empty bin by clicking the icon on right top corner of screen. I hope this helps
Hi,
If you watched thru a third party app, than in your storage (internal or sd) the app should build its own folder and within the folder is where they usually kept the downloaded data (movie, animations, sound) and or maybe it's a cache.
Search thru your storage. Android doesn't do recycle bin. Only 3rd party app do that.
Try Clearing cache especially on the app that you use to watch or stream
I hope this helps
