Files has stopped, open app again

Unable to open Files app, system displayed error message as shown above

Same to me, I am unable to download and persist enail attachments or browser through my files on the phone since the android 8 update... Very very annoying

Could you test the phone in >>> safe mode

I fixed the problem by remove and reinstall the App Sophos security.
