Extremely LOW VOLUME AND SOUND with the XZ a Premium

When are Sony going to fix the issue with the sound on this phone, it's a complete disgrace it's taken this long. 

You cannot hear anything with the headphones on with Full VOLUME, this is supposed to be a premium phone and the sound qaulity is absolutely terrible. 

WHAT IS GOING On, WHY HAVE YOU NOT DONE ANYTHING TO FIX IT... 

Sony are supposed to have great sound qaulity for listening to music, but this is TERRIBLE !!!!!!! 

I've tried every setting, EVERYONE is have the same problem, WHY have you not done anything about it..... 

This is supposed to be a Premium Phone, I've spent over £500 on this phone, it's an absolute disgrace that it's this poor...

For over £500 we should have had this issue dealt with by now...

WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THIS...!

Guys, there may be one or two people that didn't take their covers off....however, for the many thousand other people complaining about this, it just relates to the phones very very low volume. I don't care how hi quality it is when I cant hear a podcast on full volume because there is traffic going by. It is frankly beyond ridiculous.

Oh yeah let's say that I could notice that there was a bad quality plastic film over the phone 1 year ago. Plus the speakers are full of junk so yeah, it's been peeled off. I've tryed what some people say in other posts, disabling DSEE  and enabling ClearAudio, also installing Viper For Android without rooting, and had no improve. Please it's not so difficult, just increase the software audio limit, even if the voltage on your speakers is too low and it will sound bad. You guys at Sony are supposed to produce hi-fi sound systems, home theaters and so on, how come that this phone sounds quieter than the worst Chinese speaker in the world? In fact I have not been able to find a speaker or phone that sounds lower than XZ Premium. All my friends say... Omg you payed 750 euros for this piece of...?

This device is very good except the problem of volume and sound I tried everything to overcome this problem but no Sucess.

Guggsy idea helps me. I just switch phone to safe mode try it and then restart it. Its work for me (xzp dual)

Extremely LOW VOLUME AND external speaker not working, only while Using phone calls, 

Medias such like youtube and video can hear the sound from external speaker,  but phone calls and video audio calls like skype, imo,  not working

OMG I finally found some bro that have the similar problem

I asked some Xperia users and lovers in a HK(Hong Kong) forum.

Seems no one got this issue like me.

I got my Xperia XZ Premium an year and few months ago.

Embarrassing that my phone's VOLUME&SOUND (which I just using it type right now)

USEDN'T sound like I'm already deafness(no offence)

It MIGHT got messing around on some version/Android's update,which somehow after last year.

Till about one month ago, voulume sound like sharply auto-adjust to  low level.

But when that time I take out my phone and check the volume level it STILL stay on about HALF,which I could just right to hear the sound before few seconds ago.

So, itn't that all about issue of the phone?

Or Just two of my ears broken suddenly at the same time?

I hope it not the faults of my ears.

I still wanna can hear voice even noise in maintain of a long time!lol
