When the moment I turn on and off the dsee hx engine option in the stock music app, the volume in the headphones gets very very loud sometimes Even i turned off the volume below the warning level the volume as if like at the max slider. Mostly deafening. And when switching it in on and off while playing music the volume faded out extremely loud for 1 second. No luck after factory reset, reinstall firmware via xperia companion still doesn't work.
I applied sound settings as follows:
Automatic optimization :on
Dynamic normalizer :on
Mic sensitivity :auto
P/s: this happened since the december 2017 update and generally my phone is quite lag after updating to oreo unlike when in Nougat.
