I didn't get any communication after I received my phone to claim the headset, which was the belgian promotion on preorder.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Is this with a store or Sony direct?

The pre-order campaigns are different between markets/regions, so I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further and provide a much more detailed answer than we can here at our global user based forum.
