Do not disturb mode enabled during calls

It has been some days that when I try to call someone, do not disturb mood goes on and when the call finishes it goes off itself. I restarted the device(xperia xz) and went through the settings but still the same. Does any know what is wrong??

Some 3rd party application have this kind of access and can enable such a feature during a call, but it should not be activated by default any longer during an ongoing call since that was removed in Android 8.0.
