Display light problem

Hi good day

I was repairing LCD screen phone was 100% displaying....after I put new screen it start showing dark light...i replace 3.4 lcds it show dark phone came on everything is fine just show dark anyone can help me

I'm sorry to hear that, are you referring to the backlight?

Yes the phone came on but dark light I can't see anything

Hi.

I found the same issue as well. This looks like not hardware issue, but is software. I faced this issue since update to 41.3.A.2.99. Sometimes it can recover by pressing the power button twice, sometimes cannot.

Also, I do face that after we accept or make a call, when we would like to end the call, the screen is not active after put move away the phone from ear. It looks like th proximity sensor not sending responds to the screen activation. This issue also face since update the firmware to 41.3.A.2.99.

Please have a look for the problems.
