Disable Dedicated Camera Quick Launch From lock Screen.. BUT NOT FROM SYSTEM!?!?!?

Ok. Here's the deal. The Camera App keeps opening by mistake even from the lock screen when somehow the Dedicated Camera  button is pressed while in the pocket or else.

So I disabled the Quick Launch option from the Camera settings, but now, the dedicated Camera button doesn't summon the Camera App when using the phone normally.

Why isn't there an option to disable the Dedicated Camera Button when the phone is locked, but enable it when the phone is in use?

Because if camera isn't open then it would be known as Quick Launch... Disabling Quick Launch will make the button do nothing. Unless you have the Camera app open.
