Did Android 7.1.1 remove Double tap to wake?

Hi all,

A question for those who already updated to 7.1.1.

Does it still have tap to wake feature?

I'm worried becasue XZs with Android 7.1.1 doesn't have it.

Hi guys,

Does it work fine? There was a problem with it on previous versions. For example on my XZ (marshmallow) double tap to wake up works only 1 time out of 2 (tap to sleep works perfect though). Hope it is solved in the latest update. Can you please check and inform us?

Hi mfuad,

I tried many times (double tap to Wake & also Sleep), I didn't find any issue.

Where can i find "Touch to sleep" ?

I could only find Touch to awake !!!

The other feature is missing in my settings.

see if it's in Xperia Home settings (long press on the wallpaper and tap the Settings icon that appears).
