Добрый день!
Почти год ушёл на то, чтобы отремонтировать мой телефон в компании RSS, являющейся вашим официальным представителем. Была произведена замена двух или трёх материнских плат. Но, увы он почти тут же сломался опять.

Что это? Некачественные комплектующие или халатность самого ремонта? В пользу последнего очень говорит то, что корпус, рождённый быть водонепроницаемым, после ремонта расклеился сам по себе.
Очень прошу посмотреть видео и выслать объяснения.

Almost a year went to repair my phone in the company RSS, which is your official representative. Two or three motherboards were replaced. But, alas, he almost immediately broke again.

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

All service cases are handled locally as the warranty, routines and consumer laws varies between markets, so I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and raise this with them. You can of course link the video to them as well and it will be easier for them to help you as I do not speak/understand Russian.

Hi. First of all I want to thank you for reading and reacting my problem. Because it seems you are the only one who care.
Let me post my very short story in english. 
May be I cant rememeber all things, its 1 year passed from from start of my story.

My phone was perfect and on garranty when I broke a screen and repaired it in RSS company. They say I have to go to another city for 400km or wait 1-2 weeks. 
I am dance teacher and all my job on phone. I couldnt wait 1 week so... I made a 400 km trip to repair it. So you know how the phone is important for me.

3 months passed and it stopped charging. Everything have been working but... not a charge. So few hours later it just turned off. 
At this point garrranty just finished. So I have to pay for that. Its fair and no problem with that. But I couldnt move again to another city for 400km away. So I've asked them to do it as fast as they can. 
they promised in 1 week. 
I one month I had no ANY results. I've beenn calling to their call center and so on. In about two months I got my phone back. Right in company it discharged for 20% in 10 minutes. Camera turned off in 10 seconds with heating warning. And few other defects. And they said: just take it and keep testing. I did (
Well it worked really bad. and at some point it just stopped calling. And lost network. And from this point really nightmare started. 
I've spent whole 2018 year visiting them. In most point thay just took it for 1 month and then just return as is. Or chenged screen instead of motherboard. 
Or even called me and said "sorry your phone is lost". Few days after they found it. 
At 2018 year I alsmot didnt see my phone at all. They did like 8-9 repairs (1-2 months each) and I did around 15 visits to my city office and 2 times I went to Moscow to give them my phone there. And it was a huge pain to live a year without a phone. Ofc I could buy another, but why should I... if I pay price of new Xiaomi RedMI 5 just for replacing a motherboard in my Sony? Well I dont complain repair prices. I just tryng to say I dont want to buy 1 more phone if I already paid for my Sony+for repairing my Sony

When I visit them at 2nd time to replace my motherboard it was a flagman. While they repair it XZ 2 realeased, then XZ3 released. 
And now... after 1 year(i dont count screen replace,itsmy bad)  of repairs at the end of 2018 I finlly got my phont back. Everything was perfect and have been working!
They give 45 days garranty. And in 50 days AUX at this phone just stopped to work. 
No words. And I cant use my phone again for my work. 

I posted a video, was hoping some1 care. No results. I wrote to RSS (repair company support). They just auto-answer "we someone care your troubles" And thats it silance again.

Few days passed - noone care. 
I really liked my phone. But... should I buy Sony again? Should I recommend it to my friends? 

 

I just have no words. I have no idea what to say. And no idea what to do.

I'm really sorry but I can't help you with service cases here at our Global user based forum and you need to get in touch with your Local support team for further assistance. This is because I don't know how the service routines, consumer laws and the warranty terms are for your specific market.

You should also have the option to contact an official at the legal rights department  in your country if you feel that you have not been treated correctly and you can also ask to speak to a complaint manager when you contact your Local support team.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience and hopefully you can receive assistance from the support team, or else you should be able to reach out to the legal rights department.

I would say buy another phone or even a different brand if you like.
Why I say this is because you will get warranty for free. 
Now the Xperia XZ is not as fast as before, it lags after the oreo upgrade.
Also we don't receive security patches anymore. 
So I think Sony is done with this phone, very bad support with software. 
They made the phone lag as much it can and then stopped the software support too. 
You should not spend any more money to repair this device. It's already outdated and very slow. 
Do your self a favour by getting something different

Thank you for the solution.   But it's a huge pain to buy a phone which is almost 1 year in repair company till it become slow and old.

It shouldn't be like this.
