Hi all... I have followed these instruction's step by step. Told Xperia about this. And they just send me the same instructions back. And all it say's under my Xperia XZ is "repair" or "recycle". Thanks for any help but where am i going wrong? Thanks

Hi @wa7n3one, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this. 
All service cases are handled on a local level by your Local support team so I'd recommend that you stay in touch with them or contact them again if you still are experiencing this behaviour when trying to have your device returned to you.
I'm sorry that I can't be of more help but since service routines varies between markets and this is Global forum, you need to be assisted by your Local support team.

Yeah contacted the local Xperia support by phone. Spoke to someone there about all the trouble it's taking to get my XZ back. "No View order" as my XZ only has the option of Repair or recycle. I must of sent them over 20 emails explaining the problem's i'm having in getting my XZ back. & it's the same ol same ol emails. Am just going round & round in circles.

I understand your frustration, however as this is a Global user based forum, there is not much that I can do regarding service cases.
If you have a phone available, you can try giving them a call, so you don't have to wait for Email replies, or open up a chat with them!
