You really went for it, even replying to your own topic.
I can give you my input to this subject which unfortunately will not meet your expectations.
I do not take about dual sim option at all but there are people who would love to have that option. Sony is doing great phones and it's only manufacturer to give us compact powerhouse but it's very difficult for very brand to release this perfect device which would make everyone happy and satisfied.
I would love to see Sony to come back to "Xperia Keyboard" instead of Swiftkey, I would like Sony to stick to one service on every model they sell instead off me sideloading apps from one Xperia to another so they both could have the same features but they don't I am fine with that
I mean I accept the fact that Sony needs to count all the costs and spend they money in a smart way to make profit about of phone sale.
To summarise... I don't believe that Sony will release dual sim compact as in my opinion it is financially unprofitable to maintain sales of multiple different versions of the same product.
