Crush uploader, debug menu..

Hi. I bought Sony Xperia XZ second hand. This phone has a "Debug menu" and "CrashLog uploader" installed  on. Is impossible to uninstall it. Is some tester version of the phone i believe. I cannot update to newer version of android (oreo) which this phone should support. Is simply saying the newest version is on (7.1.1). How to do it?? Is it any way??

@realmusicfanthose apps shouldn't be there. it ineed sounds like your phone is running some kind of debug version of software, and you should probably contact the seller about it.
