Hello,
I have recently backed up my Xperia XZ Premium, did a factory reset and sent it for repairs.
When I restore from backup, my contacts don't show up fully. I don't know where the missing contacts were saved (phone / google acc / sd card).
When I restore, restart my phone and go into recent calls, I see for a split second the contracts were saved, then the names quickly turn into only numbers.
Anyone have any ideas how could I get those contacts back?
Thanks in advance

Those missing contacts probably was in phone memory which is not backed up in Google . Backing up using contact app would have saved all your contacts to your SD card as .vcf file which u could use to restore later .
Since u did a factory reset , contacts saved in phone memory is gone.
Check your Google account in pc to know if there is any chance your missing contacts would be. If u have a backed up file then clear data in contact app and restore again. Hope it's clear to u.
