( i have been using only xperia phones from my first phone,and i am very glad to be a part of sony xperia,i am very huge fan of sony products)

 we all sony useres know that sony's products are expensive than other products with the same aspacts, although we buy sony's products because we know sony's quality .

I am from india but I specially bought my xz3 phone from Australia,bcz it wasn't launched in india.

But now I'm feeling that sony isn't giving proper costomer support to us .

In future i would like to be "sonyer" i want every electric product in my house will be sony's .if possible any costomer care officer contact me personally i would like to talk to them ,not like this emails or google.

And now my problem is when it comes to any type of connetivity my phone faces very struggle likw one wifi connection ,others can use easily and me ! I don't even able to connect that wifi

There is a problem when you want service in a country different from where you've bought it, except for the EU. (as far as I know)

You could disguise your phone to Australian maybe by using a VPN connection originating in Australia and the get in touch with Sony support through chat or mail.

Now to your connectivity issue.

- First try in Safe Mode (long press on the restart icon after having pressed the power button)

  In safe mode additional apps will not be loaded.

- Another try maybe to reset network settings. (settings, search for reset)

- Third option is a software repair using Xperia Companion.

- And of course there always is a manual to help you.
