charging and losing power

hi guys 

my phone charges but it would drag on percentage rate but it just loses power while its on it will charge like 15 hours if i dont charge it. about 5 days ago it was charging normal then all of a sudden just started charging extremly slow and loses power while its charging if im busy or its just idle.it only charges when it is off....is there anything i should no i dont even have the phone for 11 months yet

Start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.

Hi thank you for your response. 

I have not added any app with in the last 7 days last night how ever I did do a factory reset from the phone a and still the same result

Did you try a different charger and/or USB cable combinations?

Changed the cable on Monday used 2 plugs as well as a car charger. I am thinking of using Sony companion to restart the phone.

I don't think the battery can be finished with in 11 months

So I did the software repair and didn't help. Amy other suggestions that does not require me to send my phone half way across the world

used a third different charging cable and it worked and charging as per normal
