Change of motherboard

I sent to repair my device in less than a month 3 times with everything that has the hassle of running out of mobile, formatting ... Etc .. Everything starts without coverage, the data is cut off, the WiFi does not detect it, it does not lock, it asks for a restart, and so on several times ... In the first repair They do an update and checks say that it is perfect it remains the same .. In the second repair They change two antenna cables still the same .. In the third they change the motherboard ... Calls are cut and the NFC does not work ... What solution do you give me ??? I want my money back or a new device ... They are ending my patience ..

Hi @Danielreigadas, very sorry to hear about this.

In this case I agree with @Strampke that the best thing to do is to discuss this with your local support team. This due to the fact that service routines, warranty and consumer laws  vary between markets.

I'm waiting, I sent the device again for the fourth time ... I have borrowed a samsung s8 ... for now
