Car Bluetooth connection keeps on dropping

 

Just got my wife a XZ1 compact, the BT car connection was working fine for about a week and now it keeps on dropping out.

Unpaired devices, deleted phone from the VW BT and repaired, it's still dropping out.

Changed the BT version from 1.6 to 1.4 (default), still the same, tried 1.5 and no change.

Recorded a wee clip of it.

Have you tried connecting the phone to a different car kit? It could be a problem with the bt receiver in this car kit..... And if you try a different phone..  Does the connection fail then as well?

If it is, you should replace the car kit. 

I've been using the xz1c with my build in car kit sinds release day, and haven't had any problems so far.
