Hi, I read that my Sony XZ has a hybrid sim slot that can take a second sim into the memory card slot. But my second sim does not fit. I have watched numerous videos on how to insert it, and it still doesn't fit. Why would this be?

Hi @chriszellle, welcome to our forum!

There are different versions of the Xperia XZ, a Single SIM (F8331) and a Dual SIM (F8332) version and in the Dual SIM version, you can use two SIM cards or 1 SIM card and 1 SD card.

If you go to Settings > System > About phone, what does it say just below "Model"?

On the links below you can see how to insert/mount the SIM and SD card(s).
