Cannot answer calls

Hello, for the past month or so I have been unable to answer calls on my XZ1. The phone will ring, I get the incoming call screen, and I try to swipe the circle up to answer the call, but the call does not answer.

I have a G8341 running 47.1.A.12.235 but had the same problem on the previous security update version.

My problem is solved after android pie update.

I agree the problem is started again after last update.(47.2.A.10.62)

This problem so bad. Becouse cannot answer calls. The solution is certain, but they do not solve with software update!

I HATE THIS PROBLEM I CANT ANSWER IN COMING CALLLLLL!!!!! YOU ARE NOT UNDERSTAND THIS PROBLEM IS SOFTWARE!!! BECOUSE HAVE JUST BASIC SENSOR PROBLEM

Sony Xz1 Display and Screen touch is a flawed phone but Sony Team did not accept this. And
I think all of these products should be collected and apologized, the touch **bleep** and complains in its entirety but no one is the solution
