Can't transfer data to SD card

Hello, 'im actually having an issue when i want to transfer data from my phoine to the sd card.

I'm using the oving data option that is located on parameter/storage  but when i want to move my pictures, app is crashing and nothing is moved.

it seems that there is a quantity limitation on the moving option as i was able to move movie (only 2) and music (only 1). But for pictures, actually 240 the app is continuously crashing.

Is there something i missed, a limitation or is it a bug ?

Hello can somebody from the staff help me with this features not working ?

May be i made something wrong, but i thing it's not complicated to select pictures and video and click on transfer button and it more looks like a bug than other things
