I plug my Xperia XZ2 into my PC (Win 10) and I can see the folders but no files. I am saving my pictures to my SD card. I can take the SD card out, plug it into the computer and see the files. Xperia Companion is no different. Suggestions?
I will use the Files app on the phone, in real-time, and see the pictures I took, mp3 files I have, etc. but those same files do not show up in Win 10 File Explorer.
...And now , I can see them. Don't know what is different, but now I can see the contents (files) of all my folders on the SD card. I'll count it as a blessing and call it good. Thanks for taking time to assist me!
