Can't download MMS or MMS information

Hello there,

I can neither download MMS that get send to me nor can I download the internet and mms information or setting in my settingsmenu.

I don't know if it's a software, hardware or provider problem. 

What can I do? And also, what additional info do you need to help me?

Hi @Bonge, welcome to the community. 

Please connect to a WiFi connection, then go to Settings > More > Internet Settings.

You will be unable to download the MMS messages that were sent to you before downloading the MMS settings, so they will have to send them to you again.

You can find out what the APN settings are from your network.

You can enter the settings manually under Settings > Network and Internet > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.

To get the settings, contact your network operator, or visit their website. The settings will be different for each network.
