Can not receive a call

Bonjour  Mon xperia xz1 sonne une fois et coupe aussitôt l'appel .. Mon firmware est à jour, je ne suis pas en mode avion, je ne comprends pas.  Pas de règle pour rejetter les appels

Restart the phone in safe mode and test it to see if any third party app is causing it.
