Impossible to do beautiful photography with the xz1 compact, the camera of that phone is just a kind of joke...

Very nice!

The problem here that all these photos are made in manual mode.
Auto mode makes bad photos, because Sony noise reduction will kill all photo details in auto-mode. I suggested to Sony to do the following in another topic here in this support forum:

1. Ability to enable/disable HDR in auto-mode
2. Ability to adjust noise reduction level in both auto and manul modes
3. Ability to select SS not obly 1 second (allowed maxim now), but also at least 2, 3, 4 seconds. It is very usefull for low light photos.
4. Open RAW format for Camera2 API

but it seems Sony doesn't want to do that, because still no any answer from Sony support,
it looks like there are some instructions to Sony support to ignore any questions about camera .....

All photos I made are done in automatic mode.

I'm too dumb/lazy to use manual.

So your photo are made in Automatic Mode?
I listed many forums, and resources and all who use XZ1 state (with examples) that automatic mode provides very bad photos. Only your photos in automatic mode looks good, it is very strange and I would say it is not possible, because on your photo I don't see noise reduction artifacts. Please provide original photos (you provied photos, but it is not clear even what device did them) with Exif and I am pretty sure they will have low ISO that means that they made in Manual mode....

It doesn't necessarily mean that... The lowest you can go in manual is ISO - 50, and in some cases in Auto it gives you lower than that... I have seen ISO - 40 for sure, don't know if it goes even lower.

Oh, I didn't know Imgur removes the exif data, interesting.

They also changed the size.

I'll put them on my dropbox later today.
