Camera solution 13 mb

Is mit the Front camera. The back camera habe 13mb.  And the Front Camera habe 10mb. This all happen after restart. The camera have 19 MB back and 13 MB Front. Now, thwy didn't have. What van I do/Make became maximum Resolution back?
