Call Notifications does not appear duing ringing

 When someone are calling me my phone does not redirect to call notifications screen it would show nothing then I've got misscall's notifications after that only way that I can do is reboot the phone 

Please help me to solve this issue that would be very kind of you.

Are you using a 3rd party dialer or you're on the default "Phone" app?

No I do not use other dialer app.
