Bug: Battery statistics reseted after reboot

After rebooting my device the battery statistics are reseted. As far as I know it only resets when charged above 90% but as you can see in the screenshot statistics start at 50 after reboot. Also in the details it's not measuring the time since last full charge but since last reboot instead.

I don't think this is a bug as it seems to be the case for my Z5 as well.

In fact in my XZ Premium the battery statistics are only reseted after reboot if the percentage is above 90%.

Have you tried the same thing with the phone in safe mode to discard a third party app?

Try to charge it completely and let it discharge under 5% to see if in the next cycle it behaves normally
