Broadcast that keeps sending - Errors in Logcat

I've seen this a couple of times as I developed and it hasn't been fixed. Wondering why it hasn't and why it keeps cluttering my debugging.

Keeps getting repeated over and over and over until the screen turns off obviously.

Sure hope not much is relying on this intent ...
