This is an old issue by now and the fix with developer settings and changing it to 1.4 worked for me before, but for a long while now it hasn't and now I'm sick of it. I almost want to fight for some kind of refund on the phone because the bluetooth doesn't work as it should.
Are there any new fixes we know about?
