Bluetooth naming for devices

My XZ1 compact is giving codes and not device names:

 I was trying to connect to a Bluetooth keyboard but it doesn't seem to show at all. Help.

I can not see your screenshot until it gets aproved by a moderator, but do you have by any chance the option "Show Bluetooth devices without names" activated in the Developer Menu?

I cant seem to find any option for showing Bluetooth devices without names within settings, is the developer menu somewhere else?

The developer menu is under settings >system but is only available after tapping in the Build Number 7 times.
