Bluetooth issue, Camera issue

Hi guys, I have had my XZ2 for around 6 weeks now, sadly I am very uderwhelmed. This is my 9th Sony device since the Sony Z.

I have three issues. 

Bluetooth suddenly disconnects, from time to time. Constantly searches, so both my MDR 1000X and WF 1000X sound absolutely terrible, as the output is choppy while the device searches.

My camera occasionally won't open, black screen. Then the device freezes. 

Touch input seems very weak, doesn't always react to input. 

All make me wish I had kept my XZ Premium, it's not good. 

I am an Apple tech and when customers ask which kind of device I would recommend, I am having second thoughts as to recommending you know who.

I have restored the device, which has not helped. So I guess my denial is holding me back, service time .

The third issue is camera image quality of close up images, it is absolutely shocking. I use my device to register damage of devices at my workplace, its quick and handy. 

My XZ Premium was excellent for this, but this device is 'shakes head'. I've never seen such a poor quality image, full of noise and grainy, it's like going back to a 1.3mp shooter.

Exactly the same issue, the camera one is quite ramdom and hard to reproduce, but definitely present (even tho only my 3rd day with the XZ2). Hopefully Sony will fix it with the Bluetooth and wifi connection issues.

Here are 2 more issues about camera:

1. I think everyone has already mentioned that slow motion with 120fps now available only with HD resolution and no FullHD, which was possible on 8.0 Android.

2. Have anyone tried to rotate phone clockwise in camera mode? If not, you should have try that, as all icons and labels will then be shown upside down. Here is how it looks like:

1. In the previous Camera app (Android Oreo) 120fps slow motion was also only available in HD resolution.

2. That was also the situation in the previous camera app, you must rotate the phone anticlockwise for correct display.
