My xz2 has stopped notifying by email and text message. Yes, it's on, and I've tried the usual tricks with restarting, and turn it on and off. So, open the mobile to see if it's a message or email. The mobile phone is about 1 week. 😂

Min xz2 har sluttet å varsle-blinke ved mail og sms. Jada den står på, og jeg har prøvd de vanlige triksene med restarting, og slå av og på funksjonen. Må altså åpne mobilen for å se om det er en melding eller mail. Mobilen er ca 1 uke.  😂

@Tyttebær please try posting in English. the forum is international, so more people will be able to understand you (and come up with the solution) that way.

so, are you not getting any notifications at all, or do they appear but they don't make any sound? do they show up when you unlock the phone?

if the last one is the case, check Settings > Lock screen & security > Lock screen preferences > On the lock screen and choose either "Show all notification content" or "Hide sensitive notification content".

Thanks for reply. Bad in English, but what you suggested did not help. Receives messages and mail, but neither sound nor flash works. Must open mobile to see that they exist. Time to regret purchases? Thought Sony was good but do not know.

Takk for svar. Dårlig i engelsk, men det du foreslo hjalp ikke. Får meldinger og mail, men verken lyd eller blink virker. Må åpne mobil for å se at de finnes. På tide å angre kjøp? Trodde Sony var bra men vet ikke.

Open the app (messaging / Email) > menu > settings > notification > what do you see?

Vet ikke hva utholdenhetdmodus er, men innstillingen på min Gmail ser grei ut. Takk for hjelp. Kanskje en tilbakestilling til fabrikkmodus gjør susen. Prøver det i morgen. 🤔

Do not know what endurance mode is, but the setting on my Gmail looks straightforward. Thanks for help. Perhaps a factory reset reset. Try it tomorrow. 🤔
