Battery quickly drained after update 8.0 on Experia XZ

Bij normaal gebruik ook voor de update kon ik tot zeker 21.00uur volop gebruik maken van gsm en had minstens 30% over.

Nu met zelfde gebruik heb ik na 3 uur nadat ik hem van de lader af heb gehaald nog 60%.

Zijn dit de zelfde grappen die Apple ook uithaalt bij z'n klanten om zo verkoop te stimuleren?

In normal use also for the update I was able to make full use of mobile phone until at least 21.00 hours and had at least 30% left.

Now with the same use, after 3 hours after I removed it from the charger, I still have 60%.

Are these the same jokes that Apple also takes out with its customers in order to stimulate sales?

I also have the same experience after update to Android 8.0. The battery drains very fast. Basically, I have disappointed by the poor battery performace of XZ compared with Z3. Now, it is going worse after upgrade. Actually, I had no such poor experience after upgrade to Android 7.0. I am really considering to switch using other brand.:smileysad:

I'm new to the XZ but I also had a Z3 before. The Z3 could go 1.5 days easily and sometimes even a full 2 days. I am just about getting 1 day from XZ and sometimes it dies before my day ends. Just updated to build number 41.3.a.2.99 (I think) so will see how the battery goes.
