How to check battery care option is enabled or not and when.its enable I can not see moon symbol
there is nobody mention so I gonna ask,
do you have microSD card insalled? I have seem some weird battery drain with microSD card.
if you have, removed it and see if it has any improvement.
Yes, I have installed Microsd cars but I m not facing any issue with SD card. I have tried the option.
You'd better start from the beginning.
And tell us: what happens when you use the device in safe mode?
When battery life is better in safe mode then try to uninstall the latest installed apps.
I cannot look into your device.
This is just an advice to have a good look around to see what is going on.
The problem was with RCS service which was running so I force stopped the service in safe mode and now problems is solve however I am unable to uninstalled the RCS services. I thinks this service is installed during the latest update by Sony.
I'm having some kind of the same problem since I installed the new update. When I got the phone the first few days were amazing. I left the phone at 60% when I went to sleep, and when I woke up it was at like 55% or something. Today it went from 44 to 4 in a night.
Night mode was on, battery saver option is turned on etc.
Just please check whether RCS app is running or not. If yes then stop or uninstall the app..I did same and problem is resolvd. Hope you will not face the issue again.
There is some tips that could save the battery life for your reference:
1) Use Low Power Mode
2) Restrict Unimportant Notifications
3) Turn off Wi-fi if You Don't Need It
4) Do not Activate Location Service
5) Lower Screen Brightness
6) Limit Background Refresh for Applications
7) Tighten Up Auto-Lock the shortest period for your device, namely 30 seconds.
Actually, increasing battery life for Android Phone is not such a difficult thing as you think. To make your device run for a longer time, you only need to adjust some settings of your device like reducing the brightness of screen, disabling wireless network, quitting background software and so on.
Same problem, was charging one night and at 70% it went down fast. Now battery is done within 6 hours for the last week.
And yes I have tried to check apps and charge too 100% and safe mode and back to factory settings blabla..
And always used the charge function to 90% at night and the last 10% just before I woke up.
