Battery capacity question XZ2

The phone is advertised to have 3180mAh but android is reporting 3060mAh.

Are Sony advertising the nominal capacity? Am I just unlucky to get a battery that is "within tolerance"? 

I'm using aida64 to read out this information. 

It feels a bit meh to get a brand new phone that already has less battery than advertised...

Check the battery capacity from the service menu for more accurate reading. You can access that menu by dialling the code *#*#7378423#*#*

Thank you it would seem that the 3180 Sony advertises is minimum, according to the menu you gave me a got a readout of 3200mAh ish.
