Hi guys please help if you can. I have recently (just yesterday)changed from iPhone to xperia xz2 and when someone sends me a picture or video it is in almost unseeable quality. I have tried to google and research any settings or options to rectify why this is. But are unseccessful with trying to find a solution other than getting the sender to send through a different delivery service (email etc). Which is just a pain to them and all of the 1000 conga T's I have. I just don't understand why all phones just can't talk to each other And people can just send a pic and we can see it in great quality. Please help And I hope I haven't made a bad decision from steering away from an Apple device
