Where I can find Xperia xz3 and upcoming Xperia XZ4 in UAE (Dubai) as Sony has turned off its mobile division from Middle East if yes, when it will be available I m desperate to buy XZ4

There is an official Sony store in the Dubai Mall (Fashion parking, level 7 is the nearest spot). Check if the XZ3 is available there.
As for the XZ4, I'm not sure if you'll be able to get any information about its availability before it's officially released.
