Auto-rotate the screen (spontaneous rotation to landscape format and vice versa) does not work correctly. Reinstalling the software, removing third-party applications and resetting the settings did not help.

Based on what you have already tried to resolve this, the next step would be to get in contact with your Local support so they can assist you further as your handset would likely need to be sent for repair.
