Auto rotate clock lock screen

Hi all

Could anyone please tell me how to get the clock to rotate on the lockscreen as mine seems fixed in portrait mode I'm running an xz3 and would prefer not to use an app to fix this I'm sure I'm missing something in the settings

I'm not sure you can on the lock screen, I know the home screen can but I think the lock screen is locked in portrait mode.

Is that Pie related or XZ3 related?

I don't know I just upgraded from a z5 compact and that used to do it but this is always fixed in portrait on lock screen
